Project Description: The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and tools, the performance of all necessary labor, and the construction complete, including all work appurtenant thereto, for the construction of the Whittier Narrows Water Reclamation Plant Security Fence and Entrance Improvements located at the Whittier Narrows Water Reclamation Plant, 301 N. Rosemead Blvd., El Monte, California, 91733. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: demolition of existing 6-foot tall chain link fence and gates, construction of concrete curb and pedestal, construction of proposed 8-foot high, welded mesh security fencing with barbed wire and razor coil, construction of proposed manual and automated gates including electrical conduits and conductors; and all associated materials, equipment, and appurtenant work.
